TICKET INFORMATION

Our Online Box Office is open 24 hours a day. Please visit the current show page for more information.

Thursday-Saturday: 5:30pm-7:00pm

American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Single Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at the theatre. Tickets can also be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com

Group Tickets
Arrangements for groups of twenty or more can be made by calling or emailing contact@tenwestcenter.org with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. Procedures and terms will be explained upon contact.

Reserved Ticket Policy:
Patrons with reserved tickets (tickets held by phone and are not yet paid for) must be claimed no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of a performance. At 5 minutes before the show, any remaining reserved tickets will be distributed to patrons on a waiting list.

Standing Room:
Standing Room tickets are not currently available.

REFUND POLICIES

Refund/Exchange Policy:
Ten West does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.

Star Performer Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.

PATRON POLICIES

Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.

Policy for Children:
Ten West welcomes patrons ages 5 and older. As a courtesy to our guests, children under the age of 5 will not be permitted in the theatre for general events. This does not apply to youth events such as Broadway JR. and Children’s Theater productions. The ticket portal will tell you if there are any age restrictions before checkout.  Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by performance. Generally speaking, late patrons are escorted directly to their seats by an usher.

Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited on the Ten West Campus.

AMENITIES

Bar:
There is one Bar on the venue’s  lower floor where various local beers, sodas, and candy can be purchased. However, water is the only beverage that is permitted in the auditorium unless the soda is in the capped cup available at the bar. Bar availability is determined by performance. Shows available for all ages will not have a bar.

The bar begins serving patrons 60 minutes before the performance begins.

Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located on all floors of the venue.

Cloak Service:
Cloak Service is available to patrons during the winter months. There is a public rack located at the back of the house where coats may be stored.

Concessions:
Concessions are available in lobby along with small souvenirs.

ACCESS

Accessible Seating:
Currently, Ten West is not able to accommodate patrons with wheelchairs. New access ramps are planned to be available soon. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Handrails are available on all entrances and stair wells.

Seat Accessibility:
If you are in need of assistance, a theatre attendant will gladly escort you to your seat.

Services for Patrons with Disabilities:
Theatre representatives are available to meet patrons with disabilities in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated areas.

Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.

For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
